Meet Dr. Roeback
Dr. Roeback has over 30 years in the field of counseling. He honorably served in the U.S. Army for 21 years as a Senior Career Counselor. He served in the Department of Veteran Affairs in hospital administrative leadership for the Veteran Hospital Administration (VHA). There he assisted the VA Hospital Chief of Staff to establish and activate several clinical and administrative departments at the newly formed VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VA Hospital). He had the opportunity to serve as a clinical therapist at the Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center in support of patients with significant mental health challenges. He also served as an administrative officer over several departments: Patient Advocates, Medical Media, Woman’s Health Programs, and Research Services. Dr. Roeback served as the Division Chief for the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program (VR&E) for the Reno and Los Angeles Regional Offices. Dr. Roeback has 4 degrees in psychology/counseling to include two Master Degrees at Liberty University and a Doctorate Degree in Psychology (Ph.D.) from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Roeback is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC California), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC, Nevada), and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). In 2013, he founded Mind Body and Spirit Counseling Services to assist the hurting people in his community and was able to reach out to others around the world. Dr. Roeback serves as an Associate Pastor at Victory Outreach in Palmdale, CA, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health as a Service Area Leadership Team Member (SALT). Dr. Roeback is a caring, understanding professional who wishes to partner with you to make a difference in your life.

Meet Carmela Andersen Noel
MBS Counseling Services is in partnership with Ms. Andersen-Noel, LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist). She has over 4 years counseling experience. Associated with the Department of Mental Health Services, she has provided intensive therapy services through Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services in Palmdale, CA for children/teenagers with poor response to traditional therapy as well as collateral supports to parents/caregivers. In addition, Ms. Andersen-Noel has provided therapy services for adults through the platform of Betterhelp.com full-time, an extremely busy service during the pandemic.
Ms. Andersen-Noel has extensive history in numerous employment and volunteer positions enhancing the lives of children, adults, families and couples for approximately 30 years. She invested approximately 18 years being employed in the social work field, where her experience included working with traumatized children and families requiring therapeutic intervention. Ms. Andersen-Noel, along with her husband, volunteered her expertise for 7 years at Palmdale Lighthouse Assembly with Couples/Marriage Leadership including annual marriage retreats. In addition, she volunteered for the parenting program for court ordered classes at Anger Intervention Services in Palmdale, CA.
Ms. Andersen-Noel received her MA in Psychology from Palmdale Chapman University in 2004. She received her BA in Psychology from Bethany Bible College in Scotts Valley, CA. She has significant college education in Early Childhood Education. In addition, Ms. Andersen-Noel has completed domestic violence training, fetal alcohol syndrome training and extensive training in sexual abuse intervention. Ms. Andersen-Noel has the ability to demonstrate empathy to a wide range of people with diverse races, religious beliefs, intellectual abilities, ages, gender, educational status, gender identities, family backgrounds, the homeless etc. Her extensive experience will definitely prove beneficial to your counseling needs.

Meet Dennis Wingfield
Mr. Wingfield is a Veteran who honorably served in the US Army and has over 30 years of experience in the field with at-risk populations, ranging from working in multiple treatment modalities including locked Mental Health Facilities with Penal Code patients and both inpatient and outpatient major service providers such as Tarzana treatment center, Mary Lind Foundation, Cri-Help, Action Family Counseling, and current Department of Mental Health Palmdale Clinic as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Dennis facilitated anger management and domestic violence through Volunteers of America in Los Angeles, CA. Dennis completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Chemical Dependency and Addiction. He is currently completing a Master of Arts Degree in Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an emphasis in trauma and PTSD. He is also attending a certification program in Positive Applied Psychology through the City of Palmdale, California. His extensive group dynamic training and experience will be of great help for those who can benefit from obtaining group therapy/psychodynamic training (Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Drug & Alcohol, etc).

Meet Justin Rocha
Mr. Justin Rocha has over six years of professional counseling and over 10 years’ experience within Higher Education. In addition, he served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years as a Career Counselor. Previous mental health experiences include Los Angeles City College, Los Angeles Trade Technical Community College, and with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Rocha received his MA in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech in 2019 and a BA in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2017. In addition, Mr. Rocha is currently completing an EdD in Higher Education with a concentration in Adult Education with Texas A&M. Mr. Rocha ‘s passion lies with assisting persons from all walks of life and believes that having a better understanding of yourself allows growth to take place in one’s own psychological, educational, and career development psyche. Mr. Rocha has vast experience in individual, group, vocational and christian counseling and would love an opportunity to assist you along your journey. He is currently registered as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
